Aqua-Guard supports homeless and at risk-youth via Covenant House.
This winter executives from Vancouver and many cities in North America slept out in solidarity for homeless and at risk-youth,
The staff at Aqua-Guard would like to thank you for your kind support. Our Vancouver chapter of Covenant House were able to raise $669,800.00.
In 2016 your donation had incredible impact on nearly 1,400 young people.
- 610 youth received food, minor medical care and counsel from the Street Outreach teams
- 968 youth visited the Drop-In Centre for a hot meal, clothing and support
- 515 youth lived in the Crisis Program where they received help overcoming trauma and support to progress with their futures
- 72 youth improved their mental health and 67 improved the management of their addictions
Your help extends well beyond this year as you have ensured every one of these youth are loved and have the opportunity to build brighter futures for themselves.
On behalf of everyone at Covenant House and Aqua-Guard we thank you.
